The latest U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges Rankings, featuring a select group of programs at The University of New Mexico, were released today. 96 for Undergraduate Engineering Programs among schools whose highest degree is a doctorate. Statewide, UNM has the best national rankings among New Mexico universities, including the categories of best university, undergraduate nursing, top public school, undergraduate engineering (Doctorate), and business schools. For the past 40 years, U.S. News & World Report has produced the Best Colleges ranking nearly 1,500 U.S. four-year bachelor's degree-granting institutions, grouped within 10 distinct overall rankings where colleges and universities were compared with schools that shared their academic mission.
