The witness, who cannot be named, told the court her friend had told her about the relationship with David Wilkinson, aged 77, when they met at college. The witness told the court: "He made me feel very uncomfortable." The witness told the defence: "I felt that on that day that because I had said it in my initial statement, I should leave it in there." The witness also told the court that Wilkinson spoke to her about his relationship with the complainant. In the transcript heard by the jury, Wilkinson denied having the sexual video of the complainant and said: "There was no video."
