The site is at the Hollyfields Care Home development, which includes Ivy House, High Habberley House and the main, new build part of the care home. In the Demolition and Traffic Management Plan, which accompanied a prior approval application to Wyre Forest District Council for partial demolition of the redundant building, it said the parts to be demolished include High Habberley House and the connected buildings to the north.
