Barratt and David Wilson Homes, who have developments across Worcestershire, including in Stourport and Kidderminster, have extended their collaboration with the RSPB, the UK’s largest nature conservation charity. The renewed agreement, supported by more than £1 million of investment from parent company Barratt Redrow, will ensure that housing developments continue to benefit from expert guidance on supporting biodiversity. Adrian Evans, managing director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes, said: "Whilst we face a nature and climate emergency in the UK, we also need to build more homes to tackle the housing crisis. The RSPB has advised Barratt Redrow since 2014, helping to shape developments that are sympathetic to wildlife. Other outcomes include the introduction of swift bricks in 7,500 new homes and the creation of wildlife-friendly show home gardens.
