West Mercia Police said emergency services were called to car park 2 near Kingfisher Shopping Centre on Silver Street at around 5.25pm yesterday (Saturday, September 20) following reports of a man who was seriously injured. The death is not being treated as suspicious, but officers are now appealing for witnesses to the incident. There had been reports yesterday regarding a large emergency service presence at the shopping centre, including an air ambulance. Detective Inspector Lisa Tibbits said: "First and foremost, our thoughts are with the family of the man who has sadly died.
