Former host of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and Tiswas presenter Chris Tarrant recounted anecdotes from his many years in television. The lunch, at Wharton Park Golf and Country Club, was organised by the Wyre Forest Committee of Cancer Research UK. He added special thanks to committee chair Anita Rose for her "incredibly hard work in organising such a successful lunch". Proceeds from the £50-a-head lunch were boosted with a raffle and a Tarrant quiz, testing guests' knowledge mainly of Tiswas. Gulf oil employees Niall Taylor and Nicola McKeown also presented a cheque to the committee for £1,200 from the company’s Oomph Loyalty Scheme in memory of a much-loved colleague who died from cancer.
