In November, the Worcestershire on Demand zones in Bromsgrove, Malvern, and Wychavon will be expanded to cover more areas, including Hartlebury, Ombersley, and surrounding central rural communities. The service will also review points of interest in every zone, inviting public feedback to help shape future routes. Sam Griffiths, Via's Head of UK and Nordics, said: "Worcestershire is leading the way in showing how modern demand-responsive transport can support local bus services. Passengers can book journeys easily through the free Worcestershire on Demand app, available from the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app guides users to nearby ‘virtual bus stops’, provides real-time updates, and ensures efficient shared travel.
