Under Article 35 of the DMA, the Commission should publish an annual report on the implementation of the DMA; the progress made towards achieving its objectives; a summary of any adopted measures, decisions and ongoing market investigations; an overview of the cooperation between the Commission and national authorities; and an overview of the activities and tasks performed by the High Level Group of Digital Regulators. Last year's report contained valuable insight into companies that submitted notifications that their services meet the DMA threshold and explained why certain core platform services, specifically email and cloud services, had no designated services.
