The Test Event is a chance to fine tune the process, work with World Sailing and the athletes, and make sure everything is in place for the main event in January 2027." The Fortaleza 2027 World Sailing Championships Test Event will feature Men's and Women's Dinghy, Men's and Women's Windsurfing, and Men's and Women's Kite events. The Notice of Race for the Fortaleza 2027 World Sailing Championships Test Event has been published and is available to download from the World Sailing website. Member National Authorities are encouraged to enter the Fortaleza 2027 World Sailing Championships Test Event.
