A mum has told how a man allegedly 'grabbed himself inappropriately' while watching women and girls at a West Lothian pool. The incident took place around 12pm on Sunday, September 21 at Xcite Whitburn and left pool-goers "disgusted" and "shaken". She said: "He was spotted by my daughter's friend at the side of the pool grapping and rearranging his crotch." The mum claimed he was "watching us all and stalking us around the pool area, sauna, and showers".
