Since 2012, UCCS has honored Golden Graduates – alumni who graduated 50 years ago – and Silver Graduates – alumni who graduated 25 years ago – during Commencement ceremonies in May and December, respectively. Linda has had a fulfilling career in special education since graduating, working at the local and state levels, and working with families, local educators, state and national education partners and federal programs. Robert has worked in Special Education since graduating in ’97, and currently teaches students who are transitioning from school into the adult world of work, postsecondary education and life.
