From the arrival of new students to thrilling athletic victories and cherished campus traditions, the semester was a testament to the extraordinary community here at East Carolina University. The New Student Welcome event provided students with a powerful introduction to ECU, passionate welcomes from Head Basketball Coach Mike Schwartz, Athletic Director Jon Gilbert, Student Body President Anderson Ward, and Chancellor Philip Rogers. Prospective students and their families were able to explore our beautiful campus through guided walking tours led by student Pirate Navigators, as well as bus tours that showcased key locations, including the Grady White Boats Athletics Campus and ECU Health Sciences Campus.
