Four Montgomery County students are changing the way their peers can pursue success. Sarthak Pal Mahajan (11th grader, Poolesville High School), Andrew Wang (12th grader, Allen High School), Jacob Lee (Freshman at Stanford), and Agneya Tharun (Freshman at Carnegie Mellon) are the founders of Klinn, an EdTech startup that makes it easier to cold email your way into an internship. From high schoolers to graduate students, Klinn is designed to help anyone land meaningful opportunities. How Klinn BeganWhat started in July 2024 as a fun side project took off after the team interviewed a pre-med student at the University of Georgia struggling to find a clinical internship. Students provide lots of feedback, and the verdict is clear: they love it.
