Aster’s latest movie, “Eddington,” is set in a small town of the same name in New Mexico. The main action follows a showdown between the county Sheriff, Joe Cross (Joaquin Phoenix), and Eddington’s Mayor, Ted Garcia (Pedro Pascal).
