{mosads}Immigrant families are pulling out of programs such as the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), which provides infant formula, whole grain breads, milk and other food and nutritional support for low-income pregnant women and children during the crucial first five years of life.
