Claudine Ebeid: As you probably heard, big Supreme Court news broke this week when a leaked draft opinion from Justice Samuel Alito outlined a decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, an outcome that is not certain but appears likely. But in terms of, you know, can states regulate what happens in other states, there are constitutional questions about that—involving everything from the right to travel to the state’s ability to affect commerce in other states to the obligations of states under some circumstances to extradite fugitives to other states—depending on the facts of what’s going on.
