Food was discarded. Milk was held at 50 degrees F, in the rear area, rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. A pot of cooked food from the previous evening, was not cooled from 135 degrees F to 70 degrees F in 2 hours and/or from 135 degrees F to 41 degrees F within 6 hours, after preparation.
