Old, unused equipment stored in rear food prep and storage areas should be removed from food facility. An insect-control device in the food prep area with potential to contaminate food, equipment and/or utensils. Observed a fly strip hung directly above a food prep table in the food prep area; corrected, operator removed it. Exterior handle and interior of the microwave in the food prep area observed with old food residue.
