The charity aims to set up a regular local support group in the area for people with Parkinson’s who are of working age. Sue has now had to step down from physical work and feels her age makes adapting to living with Parkinson’s even harder. She added: "Being diagnosed with Parkinson’s at working age was a shock. Wendy Allison, community development coordinator for north and mid Wales at Parkinson’s UK Cymru added: "Anyone can get Parkinson’s, young or old. "But people who are diagnosed at a young or working age, may have their own unique challenges to navigate.
