Llandudno Junction convenience store served with closure notice

OK convenience store, on Conway Road, has been closed by Conwy County Borough Council.
"A person commits an offence if they remain on the premises or enter the premises in breach of this closure notice without reasonable excuse and the offence is punishable by a maximum or three months imprisonment or a fine, or both."
The application for a closure order will be heard at Llandudno Magistrates Court in Llandudno at 10am on September 23.
Conwy County Borough Council Conwy said a second business has also been issued a closure notice.
A spokesperson from Conwy Conwy said: "Trading Standards have given notice to two business, that they intend to seek a closure orders under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 at Llandudno Magistrates Court on September 23."
