Alex Richardson, 34, of Trevalyn Way, Rossett, admitted two counts of racially aggravated behaviour, and one charge of failing to provide a specimen for analysis. At Mold Magistrates Court on Friday (September 19), the court heard that Richardson refused to provide a sample of blood at St Asaph Police Station on May 17. On the same day and at the same place, Richardson was abusive towards PCs Roberts and Bill. Magistrates handed Richardson a one-year community order, including a 60-day period of alcohol abstinence. He will also complete 10 days’ rehabilitation activity and 150 hours’ unpaid work, and will serve a driving ban of four years and four months.
