Liz Grieve will stay in her position until January, with no reason having been shared for her departure. It is understood that the advertisement for Ms Grieve’s replacement will be published soon. A spokesperson for Denbighshire County Council said: “The head of service is staying in post until January to allow the recruitment of a replacement to be completed.”Ms Grieve said she had no further comment to make when approached by the Journal/Free Press.
