The Three Feathers in Ruthin is being marketed by Christie & Co with a freehold asking price of £450,000.
The old drovers’ pub, offering wet-led sales, has built up established trade from Ruthin residents, and is home to a well-used function room for hosting events and gatherings, as well as a real ale cellar to store ale in optimal conditions.
The pub also contains a bed and breakfast with four bedrooms and a shared lounge and kitchen above the pub, which could alternatively be used for owner/chef accommodation.
The pub is on the market as the current owners wish to step back and hand the reins to a new operator.
MORE NEWSIn a statement, the current owners said: "After over a decade in the pub industry, it’s time to start thinking about the next generation of opportunity for the pub.
