Early marriage and limited educational opportunities further challenge the empowerment of Maasai women and youth. A Community-Led Vision for Sustainable ChangeRecognizing these complex challenges, Maasai educator and conservationist Meyasi Meshilieck initiated the Maasai Women’s Dairy Program to foster a sustainable and locally driven solution. Encouraged by these results, Saravu Farm transitioned into a training center, providing hands-on workshops for Maasai women from across the region.
