OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) – A 36-year-old man wanted for a felony warrant was arrested on Tuesday following a drug investigation after he fled during a search warrant near Emmeline Cook Elementary in Oshkosh. The Oshkosh Police Department reported that the Vice and Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant in the 1500 block of Doemel Street and a neighborhood search for the man, who fled from the residence. The man was found and arrested coming out of a backyard on Murdock Avenue near Hazel Street. A search of the residence revealed about 43 grams of meth and other drug paraphernalia, and the man was arrested for possession with intent to deliver meth and maintaining a drug trafficking place, along with other drug offenses.
