During his first full NHL season in 2023-24, Trineyev recorded 16 points with nine goals and seven assists in 63 games with Hershey. Trineyev spent the 2022-23 season with Dynamo Moscow of the KHL where he recorded 13 points in 39 games with two goals and 11 assists.
