Hugh Nolan was already registered when he engaged in a sexual activity in the presence of several women and children in Clyde Shopping Centre. He was put on the sex offenders register in 2013, according to the charge. Nolan, of Overtoun Court, Clydebank, was also registered for a decade in 2024 after making comments to a woman on a rail platform. He told Nolan: "If you continue to offend as you choose to offend, then you can only expect to spend more of your life in custody." He is back on the sex offenders register.
