BONNE TERRE – Charles Olmsted, 89, of Bonne Terre passed away Monday, September 22, 2025, at Parkland South, in Farmington. He was born April 27, 1936 to the late Myron George and Leona Belle (Cox) Olmsted. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, George Olmsted and Ellen Kottwitz. He is survived by his son, Charles “Chuck” Olmsted, Jr. and wife, Kimberly; daughter, Julianne Olmsted; granddaughter, Lydia Olmsted; step-grandchildren, Zachary Hagerty and wife, Chasity, Ashley Jones and husband, Steve; great-grandchildren, Garrett, Carter, Molly, Wyatt, Olivia; brother-in-law, Cleo Kottwitz. A graveside service will be held at Bonne Terre Cemetery, Bonne Terre, Missouri, on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 12 pm.
