FARMINGTON – Dorthy Hilda Shannon (“Dotty”), age 92, passed away September 14, 2025, at Presbyterian Manor in Farmington, Missouri. She was born in Sprott, Missouri to Isaac and Hilda (Stange) Shannon on November 19, 1932. Dotty grew up in Sprott, Missouri; and although she lived in St. Louis County for several years, she resided in Farmington most of her life. Shortly after graduating from Farmington High School, Dotty became a flight attendant for Ozark Airlines in St. Louis (which later became TWA). Dotty was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Hilda Shannon, her brother Eugene Shannon (Shirley), sister Della Ebe (Hubert), and brother Paul Shannon.
