Opened in 2005, the Slaidburn Archive will be welcoming people to open events on Friday, October 3 and Saturday, October 4. The archive covers a large area from Tosside, running through Dale Head, Slaidburn, Newton in Bowland, Dunsop Bridge to Whitewell. Everyone is welcome to the open days which will be the perfect opportunity for people to peruse some of the documents, flick through photos and speak to volunteers. The archive is at 25 Church Street, Slaidburn. The open days on October 3 and October 4 will run from 11am to 3.30pm.
