Free to attend, the sessions at the Buck Inn will take place on the second Sunday afternoon of each month, starting on Sunday, October 12, from 2pm to 5pm. "Dales band leaders of old, like Harry Cockerill (1914–1994) with 'Let’s Twist Again,' were happy to use popular tunes of the day to get people dancing." Young musicians from the Dales, particularly those learning to play melody instruments, are especially encouraged to join. The popular Dalesbus Sunday service is often used by attendees to reach Buckden in time for the sessions. The 874 from Leeds and the 864 from Bradford, with a change to the 874 in Ilkley, stop right by the Buck Inn.
