PERHAM — Habitat for Humanity is looking for someone who needs a three-bedroom, two-bath house with a full basement in Ottertail. Fergus Falls Area Habitat for Humanity Operations Manager Paul Shol said candidates must demonstrate a need for safe and affordable housing. Habitat for Humanity houses are not free, but the new owner of the house will receive a low-interest mortgage. Perham Rotarian Tim Fresonke, who is also on the Perham City Council, volunteered to help with the Habitat for Humanity build in Ottertail. Members of the Perham Rotary helped with cement work at the Habitat for Humanity home build in Ottertail.
