Eric Maroney: I am looking forward to hearing more about your project, The Politics of the Multicultural Right (forthcoming). We published Producers, Patriots, Parasites in 2019, but this phenomenon of the multicultural right was a growing trend. A certain kind of Christian civilizational politics and, above all, authoritarian politics can pull a multiracial formation together. The gap between language and people’s material experiences of the world is part of what the Right has focused on.
