Owners of the iconic Mudgee pub want to update the approved plans for 67 Market Street and Byron Place with some practical changes: a new layout for the toilets, gaming room, bar and beer garden; a pitched roof over the beer garden; a simpler faade and gaming entry with metal lettering; planter boxes and a trellis facing the car park; a new pedestrian door from the rear driveway; and skylights for upstairs rooms. The cost remains $1.654 million, unchanged from the 2024 approval.
