And the moment you download this apps, that's where everything goes down because immediately after downloading the app, you get a notification with terms of service saying that the app will have access to a lot of your private information on your phone. So at the beginning of the year, this collective that helps victims of crime here in Mexico released a statement saying that there were 130 apps that they had received reports on from victims saying that these apps were extorting them.
