And so this year I decided to go bigger and batter and built a much more comprehensive bill that was modeled very much heavily on Senator Ossoff (D-GA) and Kennedy's (R-LA) Delete Act and really taking the concept of the FTC's Do Not Call registry and applying it to data brokers where people in California could go to a single government website, put their name, their email address, and then any registered data broker would have to delete those peoples that went through this clearinghouse.
