I do not think they will go as far as voting against the AI Act, but I do think that, of course, that there was so much discussed during the political negotiation, that a lot of details will have to be fine-tuned at the technical level, but that also means that things that are also political could change. In the most severe cases where there is a risk for the European market, the Commission can take an emergency decision and basically ban the system from the EU market.
