The investigations in Europe about whether there's basically been a merger between Microsoft and OpenAI treats OpenAI as a for-profit business, because obviously Microsoft can't have an acquisition of a nonprofit. We don't know what share OpenAI, the nonprofit, owns of OpenAI, the for-profit.
