The way the United States has regulated privacy historically is by passing sectoral laws that address video privacy, credit card privacy, cable company privacy, kids' information privacy. I now wake up in the morning and I think about antitrust in a way that I absolutely did not do a couple of years ago, But what our director, Sam Levine, what our individual shops at FTC are doing, whether it's the Division of Privacy and Identity Protection, Division of Financial Practices, Division of Advertising Practices, Division of Marketing, Enforcement, what they are doing is no less important than what we're doing on competition because we are taking the letter of the law and thinking aggressively about how we could use that letter to protect consumers comprehensively.
