Last week, I had a chance to speak with Mark Surman, President of Mozilla, about Mozilla’s work promoting open source AI, the importance of competition in the tech sector, and the regulatory challenges facing the industry. And that's why we got excited about the web and it's what we hope can happen in the AI era, that there's not one or a few central players that define how things go, but that lots of people can start businesses or create art or do whatever weird and fun things they want.
