It's one thing to take an individual decision of you and say you are at this drug store at this point in time, which under the individual control model, we say, yes, I agree for you to know where I was or know my data about this, but it's another thing entirely to retrace someone's steps everywhere go for three months because that paints a very different picture of someone's life and also implicates other people in ways that the individual control model just doesn't seem to capture.
