And that sort of is reflective of when we're talking about coordination before, one of the aspects of the strategy that we saw very consistent across all of these different institutional contexts is taking that very idea of disinformation and trying to discredit it in the most basic way, which in a lot of these documents, the word disinformation gets put in quotes or disinformation researchers are described as pseudo experts creating a political environment where even the very notion of targeting anything, of identifying anything as disinformation is seen as hostile to the first amendment.
