As the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at World YWCA, she drives the organization’s global vision, ensuring transformative programs and advocacy efforts that center young women and girls across more than 100 countries. With a Ph.D. in Communication and over 15 years of experience in gender, policy, and movement-building, Suchi is a thought leader in decolonial feminist frameworks, intergenerational leadership, and intersectional justice.
