Dreary skies and a few rain drops did not dampen attendees’ enthusiasm at the first ever Central Street Busker Fest Saturday afternoon. The busker festival is unique for the Central Street district, which has not historically hosted many street festivals, although there are events held throughout the year meant to introduce the public to the businesses that line the street. She added that some of the buskers have expressed an interest in returning next year should the Central Street district choose to bring the event back.
