I'm enjoying you lens design guide.
On my second pass I may have found a matrix factoring error.
Please check:
Cooke triplet and anastigmat lenses, Section 4, subsection 2, the second row of the A matrix.
I think it should be [y1²/v1 y2²/v2 y3²/v3].
If I'm wrong please show me why.
