The suspension of cattle imports from Mexico will further tighten the supply of cattle, already at its lowest in decades. CME June live cattle futures settled 2.15 cents higher to 216.825 cents per pound. August feeder cattle futures rose 6.075 cents to 306.375 cents per pound. CME June lean hog futures rose 0.725 cent to close at 98.3 cents per pound.
