Salisbury - Paul S. Foti, of Salisbury, has passed away at the age of 76. Born in Boston in 1948 to Peter and Claire (Lawless) Foti, the family moved to Salisbury in 1955. After graduating from Newburyport High School in 1966, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and returned to Salisbury a combat veteran after his tour in Vietnam. After graduating from Butera School of Art in Boston, he started his own sign business and ran it until he retired. His full and interesting life included being a NASCAR licensed driver and competing at Charlotte Motor Speedway at speeds up to 170 mph. His pool playing skills helped get his team to many national championship events held annually in Las Vegas. At various times in his life, he flew ultra-lights, parachuted, boated, played baseball, horseshoes and many more, excelling at most of them. He knew he had lived a spectacular life. He is survived by his brother Steve, sister in law Davina, nephews Peter and Michael and niece Adriana. He has been laid to rest in True Cemetery in Salisbury
