Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB) and Ericsson have launched the “DNB-Ericsson Educate 21st Century Technologies program”, a nationwide initiative to upskill 40,000 Malaysian municipal and government employees in 5G, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and automation. It is also designed to help accelerate smart city projects and the broader digital transformation of public services. According to DNB, the training will give civil servants the essential ICT skills to design and implement inclusive digital strategies that directly benefit Malaysians. David Hägerbro, Head of Ericsson Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, said Malaysia already has the right foundations to lead in digital innovation. Together, we are not just imagining the future – we are building it.”For further details on the programme, visit the Ericsson website.
