CelcomDigi Berhad has launched its first bundled soundbox and e-invoicing device solution, the E-Invoice Soundbox, aimed at helping micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Malaysia digitalise their payment and invoicing processes. The E-Invoice Soundbox addresses these challenges with a plug-and-play device that provides real-time QR payment confirmation and automatic e-invoice generation. By combining these functions into one compact unit, CelcomDigi said the device will help streamline daily operations, reduce disputes, and improve the customer experience. CelcomDigi explained that merchants only need to sign up, receive the device, and plug it in to start operating. CelcomDigi said this move is part of its broader commitment to supporting the digital transformation of Malaysia’s MSMEs.
