In 2025, international demand for Brazilian beef remains high, helping to support overall market performance, according to a recent market report from Cepea. According to Secex data, Brazil earned US$7.2 billion from beef exports between January and June—up 27%compared to the same period in 2024. The increase was driven by a 12.5% rise in export volume and a 12.7% increase in average prices in US dollars. From June 30 to July 15, wholesale beef carcass prices in the Greater São Paulo region fell 4.85%, averaging R$20.97/kg on July 15.
